Welcome to the digital home of Tanner George & Co. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect the integrity of our brand and the experience of our clients.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, imagery, logos, and the "Chess" collection philosophy are the exclusive intellectual property of Tanner George & Co. Unauthorized use of our "Suave + Debonair" branding, product designs, or editorial copy is strictly prohibited.
2. Product Authenticity and Representation
We strive for absolute precision in how we present our products online. However, due to the luxury nature of our textiles, including high thread count wools and long-staple cottons, minor variations in grain and color may occur. These are not defects. They are markers of authentic, high-end materials.
3. The TG Contract
Orders placed through our Tanner George Custom Tailoring service form a specialized contract. Once a custom order has entered the "Cutting" phase at our atelier, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the personalized nature of the garment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tanner George & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our digital concierge services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the items in question.
5. Client Conduct
The TG "Inner Circle" is a space for those who value dignity and self-respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct is inconsistent with our brand values, or who attempts to compromise our secure payment systems.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, the corporate home of Tanner George & Co. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
7. Modifications to Service
As we continue to push our brand to new heights, we reserve the right to modify our pricing, collection availability, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
