Shipping policy
At Tanner George & Co., we treat the delivery of your garment with the same care as the tailoring itself. Here is what you can expect when your order leaves our atelier.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Custom "Chess" collection pieces follow a longer timeline, since each garment is made to your exact measurements and hand-finished before it ships. Your dedicated concierge will keep you updated throughout the process.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following options:
- Signature Concierge (14 Business Days): Complimentary standard service on orders over $500.
- Priority Move (10 to 12 Business Days): Expedited shipping for faster delivery.
- Custom Tailoring Delivery: Timelines for bespoke orders are set by the final fitting and finishing process.
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress from our house to yours.
Signature on Delivery
Due to the high value of our collections, all orders require an adult signature upon arrival. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or leave packages unattended, so your order stays secure.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We partner with reliable couriers, but delays can occasionally happen. If your order is delayed, please contact our Concierge Team at tannergeorgeco@gmail.com and we will help resolve it quickly.
